Oven Trays
Our quality heavy-weight Thermomix Rose Gold non-stick surface is not suitable for your dishwasher. We recommend washing in hot soapy water with a soft cloth for extra longevity. Some surface discolouration may occur with use over time.
Cooling and Roasting Racks
To keep your rose gold roasting and cooling rack looking its best, we recommend hand washing in warm, mild soapy water with a soft dish cloth, wiping dry with a tea towel and storing separate rather than inside your matching rose gold oven tray. Lay your tray upside-down in your cupboard or drawer and store the rack flat or upright.
To protect the integrity of the non-stick coating, avoid using metal utensils, abrasive cleaners and highly alkaline detergents by soaking your roasting and cooling rack in warm water to loosen stuck-on foods.
Oven Tray Liners
Just give your silicone oven tray liners a quick wipe down with a soft cloth or sponge and warm soapy water. While they’re not suitable for dishwashers, or washing with abrasive scrapers or brushes, they’re super easy to clean.
The coloured mesh is designed to reduce the effect of browning/discolouration in electric ovens that use a direct heat source to aid cooking, although it’s best to avoid gas ovens, or putting your mat directly on/under open grills and direct heat sources. We also recommend avoiding the use of knives, and cutting instruments, and storing your oven tray liners flat, not folded.

I loved this bundle so much I immediately ordered another extra large tin and tray liner. The quality of the items are incredible and so sturdy, I will also save $$ on baking paper.
I bought this bundle expecting it to be a basic pan set but it’s AMAZING quality, far exceeded my expectations. The pans are thick & heavier than some of my other pans that I recently purchased (which were more expensive just for the pan). Plus for the price and you get 3 pieces per tray, that alone I thought was great since it’s all pieces I need when baking. I’m able to fit all 4 in my oven at the same time, my oven is 900 mm. I’m definitely more interested in items available at The Mix shop after such a good experience. My next wishlist item is the Firra cookware!
