Delivery Time We will endeavour to process all orders on this online shop within three working days, however due to circumstances out of our control this may not occur. We use Australia Post which is 7 to 10 days for capital cities and major metro areas. Regional areas outside the Australia post network may be an extra 2-5 business days.

We offer express delivery service with Star Track Courier for most customers. Please track your parcel through our Online tracking portal for more info.

Click and Collect Click and collect is available for all in stock items from our Moorabbin Warehouse. Please select pick up when choosing your delivery method at checkout. When your items are ready to be picked up, you’ll be notified by SMS and email (usually in 2-4 business days).

Select items, including Thermomix® TM6 and Kobold VK7, along with selected parts, are available for click and collect from the Balcatta office. Your order will be ready to collect on the next business day.

Public Holidays Please note: Shipping days do not include public holidays.

Sale Periods and High Demand There may be a delay dispatching your order during our sale periods or times of high demand. December delivery times may vary due to high order volumes.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

Delivery If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.

International Orders: We do not ship outside Australia.



For Thermomix® orders, if you wish to change your mind, you may cancel your order at any time within 10 business days of placing your order by contacting our customer service team via this form. In this event, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price if the product has not been used, is in as new condition and is still in the original packaging. You are responsible for all return postage and restocking costs.

For other Goods, we are really quick at packing your order which means we cannot make and changes once you have placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. You can return items, if you change your mind, for a full refund of the purchase price. The item(s) must be unused and in the original, unopened packaging. You are responsible for all return postage and restocking costs. If you intend to return any item, please contact our customer service team via this form so we can keep any eye out for it. Once returned, we will review each item and process the refund accordingly.

We reserve the right to cancel an order that we have previously accepted, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, including but not limited to:

a. not being able to supply the Goods or Services within a reasonable time or at all due to an event beyond our control;
b. an error on the website in relation to the Goods or Services, for example, in relation to a description, price or image;
c. you not meeting our Valid Payment requirement or us not being able to process or accept your Valid Payment. 

Where we cancel your order after acceptance, we will notify you of cancellation and refund money paid in respect of that order.

Warranties against defects
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
