    New LCC27 gas regulator

    In compliance with new Australian Standards, the Ovana Portable Pizza Oven now comes with an LCC27 gas regulator connection. This connection only works with new gas bottles with a matching LCC27 valve. The previous fitting (Type 21/POL) connects to both old and new gas bottles.

    Making your pizza dough

    Firstly, Johnny creates his pizza dough with his Thermomix® TM6. With just a few simple ingredients, he creates a perfect pizza dough.

    Proving and forming your pizza dough

    Stretching your pizza dough

    Tastes of chemicals not nice

    My pizza tastes like chemicals and the base is a black colour after research I was advised to heat on high for 1 hour this would burn all debris away and taste great wrong tastes like a chemical then I was advised that it could be poor gas or soot did what the experts said and still tastes like chemicals spoke to Thermomix there reply was never had this situation before oh your out of warranty get a gas plumber can’t change parts as we don’t stock any well $700 down the drain and no symphony from the stockists do not buy this brand

    Ovana Pizza Ovan

    Ovana Ovan is not to bad. My recent purchase of this ovan is based on the issues I had with the door flying off under hot heat. I had the door replaced and it seems to be ok but still only barely staying on. I found it dangerous when the door flew off and ended up on the floor. Thermomix where good about trying to fix the issue but a little reluctant to use it much now as I am still not sure about the door.
