Love this!
Such a versatile set! I mainly use it for proving and then baking bread rolls, hot cross buns, etc. The lid is the perfect size for baking, and the roasting tray goes on top and gives plenty of room for my dough to rise! I pop it in the oven to warm up just a little, and then it provides the perfect warm environment for proving!
