A Thermomix® purchased from The Mix Australia or The Mix New Zealand and taken to another country, has a warranty that applies for two years from the date of dispatch. If your Thermomix needs to repaired under the warranty, you would need to organise and cover the shipping costs of your Thermomix® back to Australia as well as return shipping to your country of residence.
A Thermomix® warranty only applies in the country from which the Thermomix® was purchased, however, a Thermomix® purchased in Australia or New Zealand has full warranty coverage in both countries.
As a distributor of Vorwerk, The Mix Australia/The Mix New Zealand only sells the current model Thermomix.
We do not currently offer a trade in on Thermomix®. We do offer a range of added value opportunities when you purchase a new Thermomix® TM6. Thermomix® TM6 is one of those bucket list gifts and your recipient is one lucky person! If you'd like to give a Thermomix® as a gift, please don't give the gift recipient’s email address when you place the order, as we will produce a shipping notification when we send it out for delivery. We would also recommend telling your Consultant to tailor the order to suit the recipient's requirements.

Delivery times are estimated at between 5-10 business days once dispatched depending on your location within Australia or New Zealand. We use third-parties to deliver orders. The timing of delivery is determined by the courier.

Repairs to electrical appliances may only be carried out by Vorwerk Customer Service, a repair centre authorised by Vorwerk or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazards. Defective parts may only be replaced with original spare parts in order to avoid hazards.
