Our innovation brought you a blade cover to turn your Thermomix® into a sous-vide cooker and a slow cooker, and now the Blade Cover & Peeler is the next step in making your daily life in the kitchen even easier.

    Integrated with a peeler function, the Blade Cover & Peeler will take away more of the manual preparation, freeing up your time so you can turn your attention to other things. Enjoy being at home and relaxing on the couch, reading or playing with the kids, while your meal is being cooked for you by Thermomix®.

    These added functions to Thermomix® will give you back some time. Sous-vide cooking and slow cooking methods are perfect for make-ahead meals. These melt-in-the-mouth dishes will wait until your family or guests are ready to eat, without overcooking. The peeler function will help with the preparation, leaving your hands free and clean for other things. Let Thermomix® take the effort out of cooking.

    You’ll transform cheaper cuts of meat, fish and poultry into the richest melt-in-the-mouth dishes by cooking them low and slow with the Thermomix Blade Cover attached for slow cooker mode.     Daily helper!

    I love the Thermi in 99.9% or recipes! We use it daily- nearly except when my husband wants to cook dinner and uses the oven..but he has used our Thermi often..I love the custard, fruity Dream, and my bread mix- as gluten free is perfect!..Yes me made the right chocie! We do have a dishwasher, so that's not a proble, but I am sure it must be great for people who cant afford a dishwasher, as it saves on washing up too!!

    Thermomix Blade Cover and Peeler

    I love it! So handy to have that peeling potatoes and leaving me to do other things for the prep of a meal. I have still got to venture with using it for more things yet.

    Blade cover and peeler

    I am not overly thrilled with this purchase. I guess I was expecting too much. I did not think that I would also be required to do some manual peeling after going through the peeler process. However I do think it is a time saver and I do not regret the purchase.

    Life changing

    Absolute game changer. Life would have been so much easier if I had this with little kids and such little time. I’ve gone from a husband who didn’t cook because he didn’t have the confidence and struggled to read recipes to coming home to a cooked meal after work. Even the kids are cooking meals. A must for any family
