Whether you’re a beginner baker or pro caker, these little guys (also known as Russian piping tips) take all the kerfuffle out of cake piping. So much quicker and easier than rolling fondant cake ruffles or ribbons by hand, and your Thermomix can whip up a perfect batch of buttercream in minutes.
With a gentle squeeze, you can dress tall cakes with delicate waves of vertical or horizontal ribbons using any one of our six ruffle piping tips. With a little twist, and rock back-and-forth, you can top cupcakes or cookies with amazing marbled or rainbow swirls, or create beautiful borders, clusters, or ruffles that run all over your big celebration cakes.
Made of quality, durable stainless steel, our set of six tips includes a coupler that’s made to perfectly fit our Piping Bag Set. Simply remove the coupler ring from the coupler base, insert the coupler base, narrow end first and push down through the opening of the bag. Then place your ruffle piping tip over the exposed base extending from the bag, slide the coupler ring over the tip and tighten the ring in place.

Get your buttercream icing in the Goldilocks zone – not too soft and not too firm – with our triple-tested, just-right Thermomix buttercream recipe. Make it too firm, and your mix will be too hard to squeeze out of your piping tips evenly. Make it too soft, and your ruffles and swirls will collapse in a messy heap. And if you’re switching your colours, marbling or piping rainbows, always clean your ruffle piping tips before starting a new batch.

Made of durable stainless steel, your ruffle piping tips are tough enough to go in your dishwasher cutlery basket to clean. We recommend washing thoroughly in warm water and mild dish soap before first use, or if your icing tips have been in storage for a while. Dry thoroughly (allowing them to air dry is easiest) before storing away.

Easy to use and a great icing effect.
Really simple to use, the coupler makes changing tips midway through icing effortless and clean. I would recommend buying a large piping bag to go with them as quite a lot of icing is used fast.
