Impossible customer service, just run around
After replying immediately on opening and finding sub standard products it was obvious I was sent two completely different lids. One fit and the other definitely did NOT FIT! So having tried to seek help by responding immediately and including a photo, I was then bombarded with at least 3 different responses all demanding separate responses videos and I just voted with my purse, unsubscribed and responded to every email saying what a waste of time your so called customer service is. Buyer beware and don’t expect any help unless you are prepared to fight long and hard to get anyone to actually act at Thermomix. If my TM6 fails, I obviously will not expect any help either. Wish me luck!
