Some call it a dough tamper or tart tamper, a pastry shaping or a pastry cup maker. We call it our ultimate hack tool.
No fuss, no sticking, no ripping, no fiddling, just dust with a little flour for a smooth, perfectly-formed pastry cup every time.
Simply roll a small ball of pastry, pop it into the cup of your muffin tray, gently press down with the right sized end of the Pastry Shaper, then gently roll in a circular motion to even out the sides and bottom of your pastry cup, and you’re done.
Please note this Wooden Pastry Shaper does not include the rose gold muffin trays.

Brilliant little tool!
So handy for little quiches and tarts, way better (and faster) than poking at the pastry with fingers or spoons. Fits standard size trays too.
