The charger acts as a repeater and amplifies the signal coming from the probe. Keep the charger close to the probe: for example, when baking, place the charger close to the oven, using the magnets on the back of the charger. The silicone holder is needed when baking liquid doughs which cannot hold the probe in position. You need to use the holder to maintain the probe in the right position in the food and prevent it from sinking into the dough.

If you know the core temperature you need, you can also set a temperature manually.
The Thermomix® TM6 and TM7 can be paired with only one Thermomix® Sensor at a time. However, you have the flexibility to pair multiple Thermomix® Sensors with the Cooking Center mobile app.
To fully use your Thermomix® Sensor via Guided Cooking you can only use Thermomix® TM6 or TM7. However, by using the Cooking Center mobile app, you can use your Thermomix® Sensor alongside any Thermomix® model.

This is such an amazing kitchen accessory. I read all the information provided, and watch the videos before it arrived. Made a lamb roast, then baked bread and both were a great success!

In this day and age why you wouldn’t have dishwasher safe plastics on these expensive items leaves me speechless.
I read the instructions but it doesn’t stop others thinking they are doing the right thing cleaning putting them in the dishwasher.
The lot is ruined and won’t be buying them again looking for another brand!
I’m so impressed by this little gadget! I was struggling to bake my breads before because my oven is on the older side, however since using this sensor it takes out any guesswork and my bread is cooked perfectly! It was also extremely easy to set up as well as cleaning it. Being able to monitor it on the TM7 is so aesthetically pleasing too. So so happy with this purchase!
have not used this expensive gadget as there are no real instructions found for cookidoo cooking.
