Not very impressed with quality
not very impressed with the quality. Had been folded incorrectly so doesn't close very well, not as sturdy as I thought it might be - don't think it will last very long. Disappointed.

Love it, but...
Love the lunch bag, but one of the magnets has come loose after only 1 month of use, preventing the bag from being able to be closed as designed. Otherwise it would have been a five star rating!

Oh no, the magnet shouldn't have come loose so quickly! I have asked our customer service team to get in touch regarding this, and they will send you a new bag as I strongly suspect your original one might have been faulty. Hope that helps!
