Making fresh pasta from scratch is super easy with your Thermomix and our Pasta Drying Rack.
Once you've made your dough it's important to dry your pasta before cooking so that it becomes firmer and less sticky, which helps prevent the pasta from clumping together when it is cooked. The large Pasta Drying rack is the perfect accessory for this step and makes the process much tidier too!
Compact and sturdy, the Pasta Drying Rack has 16 polycarbonate arms that rotate so they can be staggered for maximum drying space. This allows you to dry up to a whopping 1.8 kg of fresh pasta at once.
With 2 different colour choices including red and clear you can be sure it will look great in your kitchen. Also included is a multi-purpose wand that helps transfer pasta from your pasta maker to the drying rack and aids in the cutting process. It also stows away handily in the middle column of the drying rack.
