I have quite a few of these containers and really like them but the clips on the lids break really easily. I now have a 650ml container that can't be used as the clips are broken. The clips have a tiny little lug on each side to hold them in but they break. It would be great if you could buy the clips separately instead of a whole lid for $19.95.
I love these containers and use them all the time to store soft fruit in the fridge (luckily I have quite a few). However, I now have two containers, a 650ml and a 1.3 each with a broken clip rendering them useless. Surely this is design flaw - the lids have never been in the dishwasher or freezer and it seems the only thing to do is buy a replacement lid. Can’t the clips be made to be removable if this is to happen all the time?
