Works well
Love whisking in the thermomix and have learnt very quickly not to walk away from it when in action, have had some sweet butter to use up!
This is an essential part of the thermomix, and it works very well. However, it can be hard to tell if it's in securely when the bowl is quite full. After having destroyed one, I'm very careful, when starting the mixing process, to make sure I can quickly stop it and adjust the whisk before proceeding.
