It’s always good to mix things up, so we’ve divided the Festive Flavour Cookbook into four chapters. You’ve got Aussie/Kiwi Christmas recipes like the Black Forest or Gingerbread pavlova stacks. Time-honoured, belly-warming traditional recipes, like glazed ham and Christmas pudding. Showstopping and conversation-starting entertaining recipes. And a list of almost 40 creative homemade edible gifts, because all the best gifts come from the heart and hands (and save waste and money too). Plus, many of the recipes do double-duty as a mid-week meal and quiet-night-in favourites too.
We also wanted to de-stress the whole party prep experience for you, so we’ve included some sample menus and a countdown calendar to help you plan, including tips for when to place orders with your butcher and fishmonger, when to shop and what dishes can be prepped and frozen.
Festive Flavour Cookbook is suitable for Thermomix models TM6, TM5 and TM31. It’s also available as a TM5 recipe chip and can be purchased separately.

Recipe chips are no longer able to be activated on Cookidoo. They can still be used with a TM5 to enable guided cooking of the chip’s recipes. All recipes available on chips can be found on Cookidoo and are accessible via an AUD$89 annual subscription. Your subscription gives you access to over 50,000 recipes globally (including almost 2,300 Australian recipes) with more added every month.

Festive flavour recipe chip
Our 10-year-old granddaughter loves to cook, so I added the chip to her Christmas stocking, and she is using it now as I type, (the family came for breakfast) to make the Aussie potato salad for our lunch. It’s been a great encouragement for her as her mother also owns a TM5.

Broken chip
I have received this chip but it is not recognized by my machine. All other chips are recognized so I have to presume the chip is faulty. I have tried to reach out to The mix shop. It haven’t heard back
