Now, we’ve made the adjustable guide millimetre-perfect so you can cut every slice evenly, top to bottom, to the exact thickness of your liking for toast and sandwiches.

    Made from high-carbon, high-grade stainless steel, our bread knife is food safe, super-strong and sharp, with a sliding slicing guide that adjusts from 5mm for super thin crispy toast that’s perfect for pate, up to 25mm extra chunky bread for soups or a super-sized ploughman’s lunch.

    Problematic when cutting

    This knife cuts well and keeps the slices even. However, at the bottom of the loaf, the leveler gets in the way and won’t allow the knife to cut all the way to the bottom. It tears the bottom crust. I cannot recommend it.

    Bread knife wIth guide

    It works wonderful. I use it to cut my rusks in strips before I dry it in the oven. Nice even pieces.

    Bread Knife With Guide

    I bought this knife for my husband and he is very happy with it. It is great for the sour dough bread he makes.It allows you to choose the thickness of your bread slices and has a nice sharp blade for easy cutting action. A good buy if you are after percision slicing.

    This knife with slice width adjustment is exactly what I was looking for.
