The bottom edge is sharp enough to easily cut your dough to shape. Then pop your cut dough on the upper side of the dumpling mould and press down gently around the edges. At this step you can opt to brush a little egg yolk around the rim for a secure seal. Now you’re ready to add your choice of sweet or savoury filling and close the mould over.

Bit sad because normal pre made dumpling wrappers don’t fit. Maybe it’s my queue to make from scratch.
Have to find pastry recipe as the it’s too big for the bought ones. But I know this will be very handy
Good but a little small
Great quality! It's a lot bigger than I expected to be honest! The large is really large 😜 will order the medium I think for what I needed it for, however for those that need something larger, this one is definitely the best and will suit. ❤️
