Sorry but if I could get my money back on this machine I would. Give me my Dyson any day. The vacuum cleaner is great if you want to use it as a carpet sweeper. For those too young to know; A carpet sweeper was a none motorised device use as a back up in the sixties to give your carpet a freshen up between vacuuming. I have two daughters with long hair and I have to pull the hair from around the vacuum roller. The mop is heavy. I can never attach the mop head on without lifting it and putting it on manually. I have gloss floors that are left streaky after mopping. Even after a Kobold consultant mailed me a mop head for high gloss floors. Value at $79! The battery charge doesn’t last me long enough to vacuum and mop whole my house. And I don’t have a big house. And don’t even get me started on the attachments. There are sooo many and clumsy to use. I get my Dyson out if I want to do the skirting boards and cornices. I would try to sell it, but I can’t lie to someone about why I am getting rid of it. I just put up with it because it cost a ridiculous amount of money.
