Let your Firra set sit and cool on the silicone trivet mat after baking, then pop both straight in your dishwasher. A quick wash by hand with a soft cloth is enough to remove stuck-on foods, avoiding any harsh abrasive cleaners and metal utensils that can damage the surface of the silicone trivet. Keep away from direct heat such as hotplates or naked flames. And to save space, you can store it flat or rolled up.
