Works Ok, but not sure how to use it
I purchased this for my husband as he has the pizza oven, and I assumed he would know what to do with it. There were no instructions on when or how to use it. Works ok when you run it over dough as shown, but not sure what the purpose of it is ?

With a quick roll of the pizza dough docker - or bread and pastry docker - this spikey little guy gives you perfectly even, blister-free pizzas, flatbreads, crackers and pie crusts every time. So much faster, lighter and more uniform than a fork, the roller docker dimples and crimps the top and bottom layers of your dough together to prevent it rising in large bubbles that often burn or just make bakes look like pita bread!
