Making fresh pasta from scratch is super easy with your Thermomix and our Pasta Drying Rack.
Once you've made your dough it's important to dry your pasta before cooking so that it becomes firmer and less sticky, which helps prevent the pasta from clumping together when it is cooked. The large Pasta Drying rack is the perfect accessory for this step and makes the process much tidier too!
Compact and sturdy, the Pasta Drying Rack has 16 polycarbonate arms that rotate so they can be staggered for maximum drying space. This allows you to dry up to a whopping 1.8 kg of fresh pasta at once.
Also included is a multi-purpose wand that helps transfer pasta from your pasta maker to the drying rack and aids in the cutting process. It also stows away handily in the middle column of the drying rack.

The pasta rack is brilliant, in fact we had an “Pasta Making” afternoon at CWA and used it there.
One couple went to the City and bought their own. Unfortunately they didn’t use the Thermomix site.
If I had more digital knowledge I would send you a video of the day with CWA husbands lending a hand with the making of the pasta. Very happy with my purchase and my husband has claimed it as his!!!!

Excellent pasta tool
This rack is something I have had on my bucket list for some time. It sure beats using my clothes airer! Very efficient, easy to clean & so helpful when making pasta.
