- Dishwasher safe, but we recommend handwashing in hot, soapy water and rinsing thoroughly before first use.
- Fill your ceramic ramekin no more than three-quarters full to avoid overflowing during cooking.
- Always use tongs or oven gloves when removing hot ramekins from your oven or Varoma®.
- Allow to cool on a rack before placing them on a cold surface or storing in your fridge or freezer.

Safe for use in oven up to 240°C. Do not move ramekins from a hot oven directly into a cold environment (for example a cold countertop or fridge). Let it cool gradually.
For best results, most guides recommend filling them to around ¾ full. This gives your dishes room to expand when baking or steaming. However, always check your specific recipe, as some may require slightly more or less.
