Yes, all Thermomix® accessories excluding the base unit are dishwasher safe.

Whether you’re washing it by hand or in the dishwasher, always disassemble your mixing bowl first. Dry it thoroughly, being careful with the pins on the bottom, before re-assembling it for use.

Converting recipes is easy and your expert Consultant is here to help, so be sure to reach out to them as your first port of call. A great tip is to find a Thermomix recipe that is similar to the one you want to convert (either on Cookidoo or Recipe Community). Following the safety instructions in your Thermomix® manual, adjust the quality or quantity of ingredients and the cooking time as needed for your recipe. Adapt the steps as needed and make notes along the way so you can continue perfecting your recipe method, each time you make it. It's as simple as connecting via your Thermomix® settings. Your expert Thermomix® Consultant can show you how to do this in your First Cook and is always there to help.

Yes, you can bookmark Cookidoo® recipes that will stay downloaded on your TM6 and be accessible up to 50 times without WIFI connectivity.

Functions and modes can be used on your TM6 without internet connection however, you do need an internet connection to access Cookidoo® and perform software updates.

Alternatively, if you have a mobile phone you can use that as an internet hotspot to connect to Cookidoo® on your Thermomix® TM6.

Only one Cookidoo® account can be linked to a Thermomix® TM6 at any one time. To switch between Cookidoo® accounts on your TM6, first log out and disconnect the TM6 from your Cookidoo® profile. Please note that when you log out all the bookmarks and recipe lists from your profile will be deleted from the device. You can then log in with another profile.

Whenever you wish to switch accounts, you have to log out of the active account and delete it from the TM6. You can then log in with a different account. The TM6 will immediately synchronise and your lists and favourites will be back.

Yes, the Thermomix® TM6 comes with a hard copy manual.

Yes it is! They both have 2.2L capacity however the TM6 bowl can only be used on a TM6 and a TM5 bowl can only be used on a TM5. Please refer to the TM6 and TM5 Accessories Compatibility Table for more information.

No. The Thermomix® TM6 is not designed for making popcorn or for deep-frying food. Enjoy TM6's exclusive functionality of High Temperature mode for browning and sauteing and for creating sugarwork such as caramel and honeycomb available in guided cooking with recipes developed by our Recipe Development team. Manual cooking your own recipes on the TM6 is available using all other available temperatures.

Cooking with your Thermomix® is easier than ever before with the guided cooking function. Simply select a recipe and follow the step-by-step instructions on the display, with preset times, temperatures and speeds for each step. Your Thermomix® tells you when to add which ingredient to the bowl and has the scales pre-set, as well as the time, temperature and speed, ready to go.
