The scratchie promotion is a game of chance and is authorised under ACT Permit No. TP 26/00072, SA Permit No. T26/53 and NSW Authority No. TP/04860.

Eligibility
Promotion is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 at the time of entry (‘Eligible Entrants’). Employees, suppliers or agents of the Promoter, Thermomix® Consultants and Thermomix® Team Leaders are ineligible to enter.
Entry (How to get your scratchie)
The promotion commences 9:00am AWST Tuesday, 3 February 2026 and closes 11:59pm AWST Wednesday, 25 February 2026, or when all 4,034 magazines and scratchie cards have been exhausted, whichever occurs first.
Buy a Thermomix® TM7 via a Thermomix® Consultant during the promotional period and add the 25th Anniversary Gift with Purchase (GWP) to your cart. You’ll receive the Thermomix® Everyday Magazine (RRP $14.99) plus a limited-edition scratchie. One per order. While stocks last.
Prizes and Winning
The 25th Birthday Scratchie will be randomly placed in eligible orders at 3 Chifley Dr, Moorabbin Airport VIC 3194. Prizes are pre-allocated to scratchies prior to commencement. Not all prizes may be won if eligible purchases are fewer than the number of prize-bearing scratchies.
To enter, Eligible Entrants must scratch the scratchie card to reveal their prize (“Prize Winner”) and follow the redemption instructions on their scratchie. All entrants will be notified immediately upon scratching the card which prize they have won. Prizes must be redeemed before 11.59pm AWST 30 April 2026 (“Redemption Period”).
There will be up to 4,034 prizes in total with total prize pool value of $239,346.00. The total prize pool includes the following:

Redeem your prize at thermomix.com.au/pages/scratchandwin. Complete the form with: name, phone number, email, postal address, name of Thermomix® Consultant, unique scratchie code, and upload a photo of scratchie card. Each scratchie code is unique and can only be redeemed once. Prize must be redeemed by 11.59pm AWST 30 April 2026.
The form must be completed by the TM7 customer who received the original Scratchie Gift with Purchase. Once submitted your details will be verified against the original customer record and we’ll be in touch via email to confirm and provide information on the dispatch of your prize. Stock of the Thermomix® TM7 Second Bowl is expected to be dispatched in May 2026.

Redeem your prize by adding items to cart at themixshop.com.au, then adding your unique code at checkout. Each scratchie code is unique and can only be redeemed once. Limit of one per order. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Vouchers and discounts expire 11.59pm AWST 30 April 2026.
TheMix Shop Voucher cannot be used towards Thermomix® TM7, Kobold, Thermomix® Service Orders, Host Rewards, Gift Cards, and Cooking Classes.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the Prize Winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim the Prize. In the event that the Prize Winner cannot provide suitable proof in order to claim the Prize, the Prize Winner will forfeit the Prize.
In the event that all of the prizes (Scratchies) have been exhausted, the Promoter reserves the right to end the promotion early.
The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for an alternative prize or cash.
Winners (first initial, last name and postcode) of prizes valued at $250 and above i.e. the free Thermomix® TM7 and free Thermomix® TM7 Second Bowl will be published at thermomix.com.au/offers on 16 February 2026, 16 March 2026, 16 April 2026 and 12 May 2026.
Unredeemed Instant Win Prizes
If, as at 1 May 2026, any of the below prizes remain unredeemed, a random draw will be conducted to award the remaining prizes as below. All Eligible Entrants will be included in the random draw for any unredeemed prizes which will be drawn in order of highest value to lowest value. Any such unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12.00pm AWST on 05 May 2026 at 30 Ledgar Road, Balcatta WA 6021. Winners will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw and winners of prizes valued at $250 and above will be published (winners first initial, last name and postcode) at thermomix.com.au/offers on 12 May 2026.

Additional conditions of entry
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
The promoter is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and winners in connection with the competition, including:
a. any late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected entries or prize acceptance, including delays due to technical disruptions or network congestion;
b. any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by equipment or programming associated with or
utilised in the competition;
c. any technical error, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission or communications line, telephone, mobile or satellite network failure; and
d. any theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of entries; and
e. any use of the prize or any tax liability incurred by the winner as a result of accepting the prize.
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying entries and prize claims, fulfilling prizes and complying with any legal or regulatory requirements (including winner publication where required), and will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at thermomix.com.au/pages/privacy.
The Promoter’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
