Love that brand-new blade feeling of your Thermomix®? With Thermomix® Care, you can enjoy it again - plus added certainty about your cover period.
Thermomix® Care is an optional extended warranty designed to complement your existing Manufacturer’s Warranty and provide additional benefits for eligible claims.
Why Thermomix® Care is the sharp choice?
- Up to 5 years of cover for added certainty. Your TM7 comes with a 2 year Manufacturer’s Warranty for domestic use. When you choose Thermomix® Care, you receive an additional 3 years of cover for eligible mechanical or electrical failures giving you up to 5 years of warranty cover.
- One complimentary blade replacement. You may request one new TM7 blade set (RRP $125) at any time after six months into your Thermomix® Care period and enjoy that fresh, sharp performance again.
- Loan device for extended repairs. If your TM7 requires repairs that exceed 2 weeks from the date it is received at our nominated service centre, a loan Thermomix may be provided at no cost, subject to availability and full T&Cs (the loan device may not be a TM7).

What if I purchased my Thermomix®
from someone else?
Ownership for any Thermomix® purchased in Australia and New Zealand can be transferred from one owner to the next. The warranty can also be transferred.
*Thermomix® Care is optional and sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which continue to apply and may extend beyond these warranty periods. $1 limited time offer pricing available between 11am AWST Monday 1 June 2026 – 11.59pm AWST Sunday 28 June 2026. Standard extended warranty price is $279. Thermomix® Care must be added to cart at the time of TM7 purchase and is not available to add post purchase.
