used for 3 weeks before an error message. Drove 2 1/2 hour return trip to drop off for checking and returned to us with a new bowl. Tried to use again and on the first attempt of using the error message came back on. Returned for servicing and waiting to hear back not impressed as this is the third machine we have bought and not happy with the service considering the inconvenience of 2nd time of having gone in for repairs with 3 weeks of use. No offer of a new machine or compensation.
