Not all bread is made equal
Would suit soft glutenous breads more than dense vegan loaves. I found it still cut on an angle if I didn’t line it up exact. That could be operator error though.
Also being left handed did not help. I bought it knowing it was only for right handed people because I was desperate for a solution. Would love to know how right handed people go with it

The absolute best way to sliced bread!
This has to be the find of the year! I have searched and tried many gadgets to slice home made bread, and nothing worked until I found the Bread Knife with Guide. If you are in need of an excellent bread knife, this is the one to buy. I was so impressed I also bought one for my sister who also makes two sour dough loaves a week.
