It’s dishwasher safe, but we recommend handwashing in warm mild soapy water with a soft dish cloth to get the best and longest life from your Thermomix bread knife with guide.
Would suit soft glutenous breads more than dense vegan loaves. I found it still cut on an angle if I didn’t line it up exact. That could be operator error though.
Also being left handed did not help. I bought it knowing it was only for right handed people because I was desperate for a solution. Would love to know how right handed people go with it
This knife slices my sourdough bread so nicely. My bow knife was good, this is superb.
This has to be the find of the year! I have searched and tried many gadgets to slice home made bread, and nothing worked until I found the Bread Knife with Guide. I have to say, the Thermo knife is beyond fantastic, just like all your products. It’s particularly good cutting sour loaf bread. I buy more bread now though, just to cut it.🤨 Then of course I have to east it.😩
