Excellent Tool
The knife and guide itself is an excellent addition for anyone who can’t cut bread in straight even slices, however I found with my weak wrists that part way through cutting the loaf it was hard to keep the knife straight and upright so ended up with odd shaped slices. I realise I need to cut only a few slices at a time to solve my problem, but making my own bread I cut it up and freeze it as soon as it’s cooled, so unfortunately it hasn’t completely solved my problem..
