Our high quality rose gold bakeware is made with carbon steel and free from PTFE & PFOA, chemical compounds often used in the non-stick coating. To get the best results a light coating of oil or butter should be used on the tray before the dough is added. Always follow the care instructions. Some surface discolouration may occur with use over time. This does not affect the integrity of the surface.
