Shame about the crack and zero response
The crockpot itself is great from what I can see. But one of the weights arrived cracked and I contacted Thermo mix straight away sending these photos then closed the box back up. I haven’t used it. And I have heard nothing back from Thermo mix that I have seen and that was over a month ago that I emailed. I have checked my junk folder but nothing there. And besides the request for a review came to my usual inbox without any issue.
I ordered two. One for my daughter for Christmas and one for myself. One is fine and I have wrapped that one up as a gift but haven’t wanted to try the other one without hearing back. Had literally today given up and then received the email asking for my review…
The flaw is not major, but that half of the weight will not be able to be cleaned properly so I don’t know how that will affect fermentation etc over time as in bacteria in the crack.
I just figured they might have a spare weight or even half a weight to replace this one. Not expecting money back or a completely new item to be sent. Just want a weight that isn’t cracked straight out of the box and some actual customer service would be nice.
