Made from durable flexible silicone, the mat can handle temperatures from -40°C up to 280°C. You can use it for rolling, wrapping and proving dough for bread or pizza, then shape it, and put it straight in the oven to bake on the mat. A quick wipe down with a soft cloth and warm soapy water is the best way to clean your Thermomix® Baking Mat. Avoid using abrasive scrapers or brushes. It’s also not suitable for use in dishwashers, gas ovens, under an open grill, directly on the bottom of the oven or on or under a direct heat source. Never cut on the mat and always store your baking mat rolled, not folded.

I found it good to use, but very sticky so lots of flour needed. Handy to roll up over the rolling pin for wraps
