Excellent

Was sceptical at first but desperate for a better solution to cut my home made bread than a normal cutting guide contraption which didn’t fit my bread properly and the slices were too thin. The adjustable guide on this knife is brilliant and cuts with ease. Really happy with the product.

Guided bread knife

I am delighted with the bread knife and its guide it take the spacing perfectly

For toast slices and for normal slices

I make Portuguese bread in my TM6 this guided minie is great to cut the loaf

Problematic when cutting

This knife cuts well and keeps the slices even. However, at the bottom of the loaf, the leveler gets in the way and won’t allow the knife to cut all the way to the bottom. It tears the bottom crust. I cannot recommend it.
