Thermomix® Cutter for slicing and grating
Create stunning dishes using the Thermomix® Cutter by effortlessly slicing and grating a variety of vegetables and fruits at different thicknesses. With the Cutting disc, you have the choice of 4 options: thin slices, thick slices, fine grating and coarse grating.
To use the Cutter, you will need the Drive shaft, Cutter Basket, 4-in-1 Cutting disc, Cutter Lid and Cutter Pusher for this.
How to Use

Ensure your mixing bowl is fully inserted, correctly positioned and empty.

Place the drive shaft onto the mixing knife, then fit the Cutter basket, Cutter disc (with your desired side facing up) and Cutter lid.

Insert ingredients into the feeder tube and gently press down with the cutter pusher.

On your Thermomix® TM7, simply swipe to the Manual Cooking screen and select Slicing or Grating mode.

Choose thin or thick for your preferred cut.

The Cutter+ will automatically start and stop after 1 minute.
💡 The type of cut depends on which side of the disc faces up — not the mode you select.
Top Tips

Choose small, firm fruits and vegetables that fit in the feeder.

Slice or grate in batches for consistent results and to avoid overfilling the basket (it holds up to ~800 g).

Freeze offcuts or use them in soups, stocks or smoothies.

Always handle the disc by the central hub — it’s very sharp!

Thermomix® Spiralizer for spirals and noodles
Unleash your creativity with the Thermomix® Spiralizer and transform your fruits and vegetables into beautiful noodles and ribbons in seconds — perfect for zoodles, salads, chips on a stick or creative garnishes.
To use the Spiralizer you will need the Drive shaft, Cutter basket, Spiralizer, Cutter Lid and Spiralizer pusher. The Spiralizer comes with a gear box and 2-sided blade that allows for thick, ribboned spirals or thin spirals similar to noodles.
How to Use

Assemble the Spiralizer by inserting your chosen blade (1 for thick ribbons, 2 for thin noodles) into the gear box, then slide it into the spiralizer base until it clicks.

Place the assembled Spiralizer in the cutter basket, aligning the matte edges of the gear box (upside-down V shape) with the inside of the basket handles.

Secure the lid, remove the pusher cover and attach your ingredient to the pronged pusher.

Access Spiralizing mode on your Thermomix® TM7, press Start and gently push down to spiralize.

The mode automatically stops after 30 seconds.
💡 The shape of your spirals depends on the blade, not the mode.

Top Tips

Use firm, straight vegetables (zucchini, carrot, sweet potato, beetroot) for best results.

Trim ingredients to 3–5 cm diameter with flat ends for even spirals.

Spiralize just before serving for freshness and crisp texture.

Store spiralized veg in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 48 hours.

After use, disassemble all Cutter+ components and clean with warm, soapy water or in the dishwasher (top rack). Handle the disc and spiralizer blades carefully to maintain sharpness and always store them safely.
