How to store your strawbs
Lush, juicy strawberries are high in water content making them prone to going mushy. Just as one bad apple can spoil the bunch, one mouldy strawberry will cause the rest of the berries to spoil faster too. Some swear by giving the strawberries a quick wash in a vinegar solution. Storing them in an airtight container also helps. Or better still, Vac-u-Seal them to keep them fresher for longer in your fridge or freezer.
