Your Thermomix TM5 blades are dishwasher safe. For removing stuck-on food safely from under the blades, we recommend the Thermomix Blade Brush.

The Thermomix TM5 Blade Set is a replacement part for the TM5 model only.
The thermomix was starting to struggle with heavy work. Replacing the knife blade set saw it back to working like when it was new.
Yes it was needed, blade replacement of my 8yr old Thermomix 5, shredding plastic due to instability( up and down movement )of shaft of blade. Was $125 well invested to replace blade as I feel the blade may also not have been as sharp as it once was either. I kept the silicone ring as a spare but it looked perfect. I’m very happy with my blade. It arrived pretty quickly.
What I didn’t like however was that “the mix shop” charged me in overseas currency with no warning. The cost was shown to be in Aus dollars - as assumed being that it was from the Aus “mix shop” & the fact that I had purchased from it before when I was charged in Aus $. So I can only say how disappointed I am over this.
How can I know if I purchase items in the future what currency they will be charged in?
