new bowl
How this happened I do not know, but my original bowl was dented at the rim (Probably a teen washing dishes dropped it & has not yet confessed) and was causing dramas with my lid sealing properly, so ordered a new bowl. Now am able to use my Thermomix again s before!

Happy with product
The bowl is a bit pricey. The problem was that the old one was not heating. Diagnosing the problem requires risking that diagnosis is correct. If not, customer is faced with return of product and refund of money, which is often a lengthy and involved process.
