    Sous Vide

    The mode that turns your TM6 into a sous vide machine and you into a pro-chef. Sous vide the juiciest, most flavourful, nutrient-rich and perfectly tender meat, fish and veg you’ve ever cooked.

    Slow Cooker

    Create rich melt-in-the-mouth dishes and stews, cooking them low and slow with your TM6 slow cooker mode.

    Pre-clean

    Chop

    Egg Boiler/Egg Cooker

    Stock up on convenience! The TM6 egg boiler mode with egg timer cooks them exactly to your liking – runny, soft or hard boiled – every time.

    Steamer

    With the Varoma® steamer function, you’ll maximise the cooking capacity of your TM6. Lock in all the flavours and nutrients of your ingredients and create deliciously juicy steamed vegetables, fish, omelettes, crowd-pleasing puddings and more. Not to mention, multi-level cooking for maximum efficiency!

    Rice Cooker

    Thermomix® Rice Cooker mode perfectly cooks white and brown rice, millet, spelt and more. Add your grain, water and seasoning to the bowl, pop the simmering basket on top and your TM6 does the rest.

    Warm up

    Reheat your food without having to stir or keep an eye on it. Your TM6 sets the right time and temperature to evenly warm up milk, baby food, soup and more.

    Thickening

    Create perfectly smooth sauces and custards without having to stir or watch the pot. Load your ingredients, set your desired temperature, turn the dial. TM6 will do the rest.

    Kitchen Scales

    The in-built scales in the TM6 weigh with precise, to-the-gram accuracy and are cleverly hidden in the TM6 base. Use Weigh mode manually or enjoy it pre-set in guided cooking, to weigh every ingredient as you add it straight into the Thermomix® mixing bowl.

    Kettle

    Your all-in-one cooking appliance is a kettle too – bringing up to 100 ml to 1.8L of water to the boil. That’s one less appliance on your kitchen bench or in your camp kitchen.

    Crush

    Instantly crush ice for cocktails, granitas, frozen drinks, sorbets and more! With one powerful motor, four sharp blades and your Thermomix® TM6 crush mode, the possibilities are endless.

    Grinding

    This handy function works as a cheese grater and coffee grinder without the fuss, mess or extra kitchen tools. Add water to your TM6 and its a coffee machine too. Filter through a plunger for the perfect caffeine fix.

    Mixer

    Your TM6 replaces the stand mixer too. Beat eggs and sugar for cakes. Mix up a muffin batter. Create dips from scratch. The Mix function has 10 speed settings, plus our iconic butterfly whisk to whip up a storm.

    Emulsify

    Nothing can beat the TM6 for whipping up restaurant-quality silky-smooth sauces, mayo, vinaigrettes and dressings, all hands-free. Forget store-bought, you have your own pro chef equipment in the kitchen.

    Mill

    Make your own wholefood pantry staples from scratch using this powerful mode. You’ll never need to rely on store-bought flour mixes, nut meals, spice blends or icing sugar again. Perfect if you’re cooking for allergies and dietary needs and for racking up the savings too.

    Turbo

    Turbo mode turns your TM6 to maximum speed in short bursts to powerfully chop hard ingredients or provide a textured, rough chop result.

    Whisk

    There’s no going back to the blender, whisk or mixer when you’ve seen how a TM6 and Butterfly Whisk whip cream, mousses and mayo, churns butters and takes egg whites to the peak of fluffy light perfection in a flash.

    Precise temperature control

    For recipes requiring precise cooking temperatures, like sous vide and tempered chocolate, your TM6 cooking appliance puts you in control with one simple dial to set the temperature as low as 37°C and as high as 120°C.

    Thermomix TM6

    This is my 2nd Thermomix, the 1st being the TM31 and the difference couldn’t be more stark.

    The TM6 is a joy to use and is practically fail safe. I love being able to make curry sauces which I can then freeze which is perfect as I live on my own now. Vegetable slices are also perfect to make and freeze so I always have a variety of food to enjoy. My grandchildren love the chocolate cupcakes and slices too, perfect for school lunches. It’s been a great purchase for me and I’m looking to winter soups.
