Yes, shipping is free. Once you have purchased your TM6 through the trade-up offer tiers, you will be sent a label to return your old appliance, or Thermomix®. Once we receive your old appliance or Thermomix®, and it matches the information provided on your trade-up offer form, your brand new TM6 will be shipped.
All returned Thermomix® will be recycled. Where possible, other returned appliances will also be recycled or disposed of responsibly. Please note, due to recycling processes, no lithium-ion batteries are to be returned with any appliances.
No, this offer is not available for the TM7.
From when you receive your sticker, you will have 10 days to send back your Thermomix®, or old appliance.
