This particular Thermomix® Cutter+ has been designed specifically for Thermomix® TM7, however you can also find a Thermomix® Cutter+ available to use with both Thermomix® TM5 and TM6.
The Thermomix® Cutter can be used for any recipe that has sliced or grated fruits and vegetables including fresh salads, side dishes like potato gratin and desserts. It's also great for speeding up meal prep.
The Thermomix® Spiralizer turns vegetables into noodles, spaghetti, linguini or tagliatelle for healthy low-carb pasta alternatives. Or spiral fruit to style up platters, tarts and cakes.
You will be able to find both a Thermomix® Cutter collection and a Thermomix® Spiralizer collection on Cookidoo®. You can also find recipes when you type either Cutter or Spiralizer into the search field, and by using the filter function on Cookidoo®.
You will also be able to use both the Cutter and Spiralizer attachments with many more existing Thermomix® recipes that ask for slicing and grating. We recommend you prepare the ingredients first before commencing your recipe.
Yes. You can place the Thermomix® Spiralizer and Thermomix® Cutter components in the dishwasher for cleaning. We recommend disassembling and laying all parts separately in the top rack of your dishwasher to avoid deformation resulting from exposure to high temperatures or pressure from items above or nearby.
However, we recommend washing the Spiralizer blades by hand for long-lasting sharpness. To protect your hands, always hold the blades by the sides. A quick scrub with a washing up brush and a rinse under running water should be enough to clean the blades after use. Avoid soaking. If a more thorough clean is needed, wash in warm water with mild detergent before rinsing and allow to thoroughly dry on the draining board before storing away.
The Thermomix® Cutter and Spiralizer attachment is made from a high-grade BPA-free plastic and stainless steel.

I use a lot of vegetables and do bulk kgs at one time with a mixture of fine and coarse grate, sliced and spiralised. I find the thermomix cutter fantastic for this. It took a little time to become familiar with it but I watched some videos for tips. It is very fast and efficient and I find it easy to clean.

Having had both the Tm6 and Tm7 cutter I think the design is much better with the lid alignment. Love creating textured food such as chunky coleslaw and Potato Gratin. Great addition to your Thermomix @thermietribe
