This Cutter Shaft is a replacement part for the Thermomix® Cutter. It is designed to fit directly over the mixing bowl knife and connect to the cutting disc, making it a perfect spare part in case your current one needs replacing.

Can you please add in recipes to remind us to remove when finished recipe. I have accidentally broken twice when making multiple recipes and forgot to remove it
