The verdict on the health benefits of vegan plant-based eating is in. Research shows it’s proven to reduce the risk of obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes, improve gut health and boost mental wellbeing. But studies show Aussies and Kiwis are simply not eating enough fruit and veg. Only five per cent of Australian adults are getting the recommended daily intake of five and two a day! That’s what inspired the Plant to Plate Cookbook. We wanted to make it easier for everyone to get a wider variety of fruit, veg, seeds, nuts and legumes into their life, and to enjoy every flavor-filled mouthful.
We’ve included all the basic nutritional tips, cooking techniques and pantry basics you need to get more confident, get more colour on your plate and get more creative with the Plant to Plate Thermomix vegan cookbook. Discover quick and easy recipes for making your own plant-based milks, cheeses, yoghurt and sauces. And get inspired with our seven-day meal planner and playlists of Thermomix vegan and plant-based recipes for breakfasts, lunches, main meals, sides, condiments/dips, snacks and sweet treats.
Plant to Plate – the plant-based and vegan Thermomix cookbook – is suitable for TM5 and TM6 models.
When we were creating these plant-based recipes, the phrase “Eat the rainbow” was one of our guiding principles. These colourful favourites are so moreish, they’re even a big hit with the meat lovers on our team.

In Plant to Plate, we show you how to create an epic variety of vegan cheeses for your cheese board and toppings. Mozzarella. Parmesan. Cream cheese. Even stretchy cheese for nachos. You’re welcome! My daughter can’t have any egg or dairy products so I’m always on the lookout for alternatives, some great ideas in this book.
I love this book and am working my way through lots of the recipes. Nothing has not turned out well. Really tasty and delicious dishes. Some are a little time-consuming but well worth the effort.
Great selection in this book. Love the cheese recipe and the Christmas cake recipe. Also love the chocolate bark.
