Hi Taryna, we're sad to hear you're disappointed with our hexagonal dumpling tray! It can take a bit of getting used to - we recommend giving the dumpling mould tray a quick dusting with flour before laying down your first layer of dough, then gently press your finger in each pocket before adding your filling to each pocket. Top with a layer of dough and roll over with your rolling pin applying a little more pressure to the dough in the middle to make them pop out. We hope this helps.
