Our Ovana Pizza Oven and Thermomix® Cutter were big inspirations for designing this sleek food prep station. After filling our own countertops with countless bowls of chopped and grated ingredients, and carting stacks of food prep containers to host pizza in the park (or even the backyard), we thought ‘there must be a better way!’ So we looked to the meal prep pros for inspo.
The smart art of mise en place – French for ‘put in place’ – is the first lesson all good culinary schools teach their students. All six BPA-free, fridge-safe and food-safe containers are easily removed for prep and cleaning, but they’re not suitable for use in your microwave or dishwasher. We recommend avoiding abrasive cleaners that can scratch the smooth surface. A quick wipe with a soft damp cloth will keep the stainless steel tray and clear-as-glass lid looking slick and set for the next taco Tuesday, school-night pizza or Friyay cocktails.
Great way to prepare and store your pizza ingredients. The number of boxes within the station is enough to cover most people's requirements. Would have liked the boxes a bit bigger but still had sufficient room to make 3 pizzas. Very happy with it.
Loved this handy product was the perfect size for when we have friends over and are outside... can prep early and have right next to the pizza oven, perfect with lid to keep flies away and fresh... Can't recommend it enough
Have been so used to having all my bits and pieces for cooking in different size bowls depending on the ingredients and their quantity - still taking me a little bit to get out of the habit of grabbing a bowl or two but I do find the Food Prep station so handy & less to clean up when I remember to use it.
The food prep station is great for kids to have healthy snack after school or great to fill with salad stuff so the kids can build their own salad
