Made of sturdy and durable stainless steel, with a generous height of 2.5cm and nicely rolled edges, our pancake and crumpet rings sit firmly in your flat-bottomed frying pan, cast iron skillet or griddle. So there’s no sneaky, leaky batter and wonky bottoms like you get with most silicone or stainless steel egg rings. Just all-round perfection.
Hot tip! Pre-heat your pan before making your batter so you’ve got a nice even heat to cook on. And to keep them releasing effortlessly, give your pancake and crumpet rings a good coating of canola or vegetable oil all over before cooking. Use a silicone spatula and tongs to lift them out of the hot pan, and gently run a smooth-bladed knife around the edges if they needed a little extra help to pop out.

Made of durable stainless steel, your pancake and crumpet rings are easy to clean. We recommend washing in warm water and mild dish soap before first use, or if they’ve been in storage for a while. Loosen stuck-on egg or batter by soaking in warm water and avoid washing with high-alkaline detergents and abrasive cleaners and scrubbing pads.

Who knew?
I purchased these a fantastic crumpet rings to make homemade crumpets. Crumpets are so easy to make, and the size and height of these crumpet rings is perfect for beautiful fluffy homemade crumpets. I will also be making English muffins too with them shortly.
The crumpet recipe I use is from Recipe Tin Eats, simple and perfect, I do make it in my Thermomix

Great for pikelets
Very handy for kids pancakes and pikelets, mine are never perfect and now they are!! I would prefer a larger ring for crumpets.
