It is recommended to reduce cleaning with detergents and hand wash where possible. If washing is required, please only use mild soap with water and dry with a tea towel. For stuck on food, soak in warm water to loosen. Do not use harsh cleaners, high alkaline detergents, abrasive scrubbing pads, metal utensils or knives as they will damage the non-stick surface. Once dry, keep it away from moist and humid storage environments.
The non stick side of things is fantastic so I think it is me who needs more practice with the type of bread I make as I can't get the crumb right .... so will keep trying
