From 13 Dec 2024, please book a Thermomix® Service here. Your Thermomix® will need to be dispatched to our Moorabbin Service Team. We have a 12 working day turnaround time for your appliance which starts from the moment it is received into our Moorabbin Service Centre.
Thermomix® appliances received via drop off for servicing locally will be queued. Service will only recommence when the Service Centre reopens on 17 Jan 2025.
