Great things happen when a community comes together.
When we opened nominations for our #GivingTuesday campaign, we expected generosity — but the stories you shared went far beyond that. From school canteens working with limited resources, to community groups supporting people doing it tough, to charities creating connection through food, your nominations showed just how much care exists in communities across Australia and New Zealand.
At Thermomix®, we believe food does more than nourish — it brings people together, builds confidence, and helps make the most of every ingredient. That’s why we invited you to nominate organisations that could benefit from everything a Thermomix® offers, from saving time and reducing food waste to making healthy cooking more accessible.
Meet the Giving Tuesday recipients
After careful consideration, we’re proud to announce the 20 organisations selected to receive a refurbished Thermomix® TM5.
Each one represents the heart of its community — places where food is not just prepared, but shared with purpose.
Whether it’s helping stretch food donations further, making meal preparation faster and more efficient, or empowering people with new cooking skills, these Thermomix® machines will support thousands of meals and countless meaningful moments.

More than a machine
A Thermomix® in a community setting isn’t just about convenience. It’s about:
-
Saving precious time for volunteers and staff
-
Reducing food waste through smarter cooking
-
Making healthy meals more accessible
-
Building confidence and skills in the kitchen
And ultimately, it’s about helping organisations do more of what they already do so well — care for others.
Thank you for giving back with us
To everyone who nominated, shared the campaign, or helped spread the word: thank you. Even if your nomination wasn’t selected this time, your support made this initiative what it is.
Giving Tuesday reminded us that when a community comes together, the impact reaches far beyond one day — or 20 machines.
We can’t wait to see the meals cooked, the skills shared, and the communities nourished as these Thermomix® TM5s find their new homes.
Together, we’re helping nourish more communities — and that’s something worth celebrating. 💚
