To keep your food warm, please follow these pre-heat instructions:
1. Preheat your Insulated Food Pod by:
a. Boiling some water in a kettle
b. Carefully fill the Insulated Food Pod with the boiling water
c. Put the lid on and leave the boiling water in the Insulated Food Pod for 5 minutes
2. Whilst your Insulated Food Pod is preheating:
a. Heat up the food you want to put into the Insulated Food Pod.
b. When heating the food, you want it to be piping hot.
3. Once your food has finished heating, carefully remove the lid on the Insulated Food Pod and drain out the boiling water.
4. Once the boiling water is drained from the Insulated Food Pod, immediately fill it with the heated food and put the lid on.
Caution! Handle with Care. Boiling water or hot food can cause serious injuries. Hot contents can cause pressure to build up and cause a sudden release of steam when opened. Exercise caution when handling and opening to avoid burns.

Great Lunch Storage Solution
I was very excited when this product arrived, nice and small and compact. Especially like the fold down handle. It feels premium, quality, and the cavity inside, hold enough food. It is nice that it has a white finish, but it would also be great if this also came in black to match the more traditional thermo server products. Please consider adding these in black, I’m sure they will sell just as well.

Pretty good
I have used this multiple times, I heated soup to Varoma®️ temp for a good few minutes and it was still piping hot 3 hours later.
Porridge was warm but not hot, but understandable.
