Failure to log in
This was a gift for my daughter. She tried to log in to her Australian account. It kept defaulting to UK and would not accept her details, so as yet, unable to use it. Very frustrated!!
Oh no that does sounds frustrating! We're so sorry about the inconvenience, and I completely understand how disappointing this would be.
