I don't recommend this product
If you push hard enough to cut the dough, the handle pops off
Good shape, grissini good. BUT - if you push on the roller hard enough to cut the dough (which you need to do) - then the wheel pops off the handle. I ended up using the roller without the handle, so you have to wear thick gloves to be able to push hard enough. Cheap plastic construction.

Sorry to hear that this is happening! We haven't had many problems of the handle falling off before so it might have been a faulty one. I have gotten in touch with our Customer Service Team and they will be sending you a new roller. Hope that helps!

Fun product
I have used it a couple of times and have enjoyed the experience. The grissini taste great. I found if you use one sheet of pastry you don’t get all the marks and two sheets means you have to push harder and then the handle falls off. You can separate them with a sharp knife but that sort of defeats the purpose of the tool. Still fun and I would use it again. Still experimenting.
